NORTH OF TOWN
The area north of the Town of Jackson towards the airport, most commonly known for the Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club, boasts a blend of the rugged West and a Robert Trent-Jones II designed golf course. As you continue north, the area features subdivisions, such as Solitude and Upper and Lower Cascade, as well as properties in Moran, Wyoming, which offer full views of the Teton Mountains. Many of these subdivisions are tucked off main roads and have Snake River access.

TOWN OF JACKSON
The Town of Jackson was named in 1894 after Davey Jackson, who spent a winter in the late 1800s on Jackson Lake. Today, residents like to think of Jackson as the heart of the valley. Town is one of the most fun places to enjoy the Jackson Hole lifestyle with a bustling arts and culinary scene. Properties in town range from one bedroom condos to large family residences all within walking or biking distance to the town square.

SOUTH OF TOWN
The area south of town, which extends from High School Road to Astoria Hot Springs, offers properties that provide seclusion and privacy while still being conveniently located and accessible. South of Town features relatively affordable neighborhoods, like Rafter J, as well as high-end neighborhoods such as 3-Creek Ranch and Snake River Sporting Club, two of the valley’s most exclusive private clubs–not to mention some of the last privately held ranches.

TETON VILLAGE

WEST OF TOWN

STAR VALLEY, WYOMING
Settled in the late 1870’s and proclaimed the “Star of All Valleys” for its natural beauty. Commonly known as Star Valley today, this area includes Alpine, Afton, Thayne and Star Valley Ranch as well as the communities of Etna, Freedom, Grover, Smoot, Fairview, Osmond, Auburn, Bedford and Turnerville. Located 35 miles south of Jackson Hole, Star Valley offers amazing outdoor opportunities as the valley is surrounded by national forests and four major rivers.

TETON VALLEY, IDAHO
Teton Valley, Idaho includes the popular communities of Victor, Driggs and Tetonia as well as Alta, Wyoming. Referred to by locals as “the sunny side of the Tetons,” these charming towns have drawn people from all over the world attracted to the world-class fishing, countless mountain activities in three national forests and the Grand Targhee Resort, known for tremendous snow fall. Teton Valley, Idaho was aptly named for its beautiful valley along the west side of the Tetons, 24 miles from Jackson Hole.
